Uncompleted work, wasted hours, time is shorter than what you expected, you have to finish the work now, and you have to work at night until you see the sun come out. wasting your life in loops of stress and deformation. In the end you look at your reflection in the mirror and you see someone else that is not you. Tired eyes, broken face, bad lungs, a back that will break if you moved an inch, bad moods and whenever you smell coffee your brain start running like a race horse.
I’ve been there, and I guess some of you were/are too, so this note is for those who work, study, or even run underground secret Mafia! Anyone with stress
Stress can really deform you; destroy you, because your system is built on harmony with nature. You were designed to rise with the sun and set with it, not to burn long nights oil with your eyes hanging out of your face looking at tiny prints and trying to figure out what the hell is written in there, and what the hell is your manager’s problem making you work and work and work.
Try this, it help. Take a break, for 20 minutes in the middle of the day. Find somewhere quite. Close your eyes, and breathe deeply. Take large amounts of air, inhale and exhale slowly. Think of stress as smoke being emitted out of your nose whenever you exhale. Resist any single thought about work, projects, or any shit – excuse my French – you have to deal with or you are dealing with already. Your mind will resist and will take you again to these thoughts. Your aim in the rest of the 20 minutes is to fight these thoughts. Imagine that you have a huge metal box with a thick lock on it. Imagine that you are taking the stress, or the negative ideas and you are placing them in this box. Close the box and throw it down a river or something. After that whenever your brain is trying to drag you into the stream of thoughts, immediately remind it that everything is in that box and you can’t reach for it anymore. Surprisingly, your brain will become convinced that all the ideas it is trying to make you think of are in that box, hence it will stop fighting after a while and calm down.
This method of relaxation is called breath meditation, and I personally use it and it works. The most important part is the mind control, and the only way to do it is to play on your brain. Believe it or not brains are like babies, they get distracted with a piece of candy, well, at least mine does!

Yes I do that quite often. Usually I go swimming or running. My work is very stressful so relaxation is cruicial for quality of my life.
But I will also try your relaxation technique and let you know if it helps…
